MY NEXT LINE OF ACTION FOR THE NEW YEAR.

Happy new year friends. We are still in the spirit of the new and fresh year, so is not out of place to still wish us a happy new year 🎉. Seen that we have come this far on the year we need to look forward for programs that will be of help to us in this new year.

There are lots of things lined up waiting for me to execute them this season and some already have started taking place while some are yet to kick start. I will be taking my time to share a very important program that happens in my city every second week of January which I have been waiting patiently for it to come. And lo and behold it is here right at my door.

We see it as very important too because this is one program that ushers us into the year properly helping us to get focused and move accordingly.

The program will take off on the 10th of January and will end on the 13th of January. That is from Wednesday evening to Saturday afternoon. People will be coming in for the program from every corner of Nasarawa state and even beyond. It is a prayer program that helps one take time to pray for the whole year. We can't actually help ourselves and that is the very reason why we only depend on God to help us for the year. Our people say that you can't run faster than your shadows. That is very true. If you go without God by your side holding your hands then get ready to miss out in every thing.

It gives me joy to attend the meeting because the first day is always fun, I will get to see most of my sisters in Christ who I have not seen probably for a whole year because of proximity. It is a day kept aside for registration and nothing much will happen that day, so we use it to catch up old friends.
The second day we start in the morning with worship that takes up to an hour. I love worship alot and I don't also love missing that, but sometimes before I and my kids get the venue the worship music have gone far and I don't feel happy about it. What can I do? Family they say comes first. In the day time there will be marriage seminar and also the theme talk will also take place. All of these programs will continue like this until Saturday which will be the last day of the program. In the afternoon on Saturday usually by 3 pm everyone will start getting prepared to go back to his or her destination. Both accommodation and feeding is very free all we need to do is just to find our ways to the venue and every other thing will be taking care of.

After programs like this one can be rest assured that the year will go very smoothly. This is how we run it since the inception of the gathering.
