Today I am sharing with you all my daily activities, which are recorded in this app. Through this post, I am sharing how much I moved today, how much physical exercise I did, and where I went.
Today I walked less than in the past few days. For the last few days, I have not been able to walk much because of my busy schedule. Also, it is very cold in our country right now, and during this winter season people usually go out less. Because of the cold weather, there has been less walking and roaming around.
