My Actifit Report Card: January 2 2026

Today I walked much more than in the past few days, and I am sharing the details with you. In fact, today I walked the most I have in the last two months. The main reason is that I went to our district today, had a lot of work to do there, and had to move from one place to another.
Moving around district cities by car is very difficult. In the context of Bangladesh, traffic congestion often makes it impossible to travel easily by car, so you have to walk to different places. This is why I ended up walking a lot today.
I walked to many places today, which required a lot of physical effort. As a result, my body feels a little tired right now, but this kind of activity is actually very good for overall health. If one can walk regularly like this, physical fitness improves significantly. All the activity history is recorded in the app, and if you look at it, you will clearly understand how much effort I put in today.
