I use to do a pretty good job at the straddle split and was like 1 feet away from getting it until i gave up like an idiot. The front split has been impossible for me since my quads are extremely tight and my hamstrings are tight. It feels extremely uncomfortable to get on this split for me.

You are very beautiful at your 65 years old, but why do you write that you are 40 ??
