Ladies and Gentlemen. I really need your prayers concerning EEOC findings of Religious discrimination in my case. Not that i trust a Government agency to make a fair rule, and even if they do not, that does not mean i am not going to fight and challenge it based on the Law since i Know i have been discriminated and retaliated against, and neither does the EEOC have immunity. But it would be so much better if these cronies happen to make the right decision. It has taken more than a year and i am positive they know there is Religious discrimination and retaliation. However, they have a lot of pressure from the Marxist that are pushing against freedoms of practicing ones sincerely held religious beliefs. Religion has come under attack more than ever after these Vaccines and PCR Testing. The same Marxist that are claiming we don't have religious reasons but Political ones not to take the vaccines nor tests, are the ones that have Political reasons to force Vaccines and testing.. They have taken it upon themselves to accuse us of the same dishonesty they practice. They are the ones that have Political motives to force vaccines and testing, people that have sincerely held religious do not.

I pray the case gets dropped and you get to practice your beliefs. I don't understand why they want to force you to do something against your religion like there's something more to it.

Thanks Jan. I don't think its a gamble. Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is quite clear. What the problem seems to be is that the Marxist are trying hard to corrupt our Constitutional Republic with their Democracy trash and people are falling for it mainly because they don't even know the difference.

With honesty, justice prevails. If not in this world, then most definitely in the hereafter. God will protect, have faith.

No one should be forced or harmed on religious grounds or for any reason.

I find it contradictory that those who preach the message of inclusivism and tolerance are the ones most intolerant and exclusivist when it comes to applying public policy to those who differ from them.

Because they are criminals thats why. When it comes to sexualizing and mutilating children they call that rights. When its pertaining to one's religious rights it is perfectly fine for them to infringe on those.

Yeah, they are very "creative" when it comes to changing the vocabulary and the narrative. I wonder how long they have been hijacking the academe, the media, and the legislative body.

Yes, we have God given rights. The Marxist however are trying to strip us of those God given rights in order to enslave us. They do not want the Constitution to reign supreme. They are after power and only power.

yafet.ashkenazi if it power they seek I pray they don't get it cause that would be the destruction of the current world order. They would have the right to force one against his or her will and get away with it.

They tried to be slick and use the State's opt-out religious exemption form to claim they didn't fire me based on Religious grounds against the Vaccine, but instead because i refused to comply with their medical PCR Test intervention which also violates my sincerely held religious beliefs. They instead refused a religious accomodation based on the PCR test which happened not to be covered by the state's new law which is section 381.00317. But that does not at all excuse them from violating federal civil rights laws such as Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as they clearly did.
