With a heavy heart

its like am carrying a very heavy stone on my head and the weight is not only bringing me down, but its also crushing my soul, things use to be easier and when ever i try to do something it usually seem easier but lately, the tides has changed and the reverse is the case, most things i lay my hands on these days usually ends up badly and even when i try my best to make things work it mostly fall apart.

2022 was challenging with so many ups and down, and i was thing this year would be better but it keeps moving from bad too worst from being scammed to theft and falsely accused, don't know what else is waiting for me this last quarter of the year, as financially right now am rektd and its just hive that is the only thing i have which is keeping me sane and giving me hope for tomorrow as other means of income has dwarfed as the financial market has collect all that i earned during the last bull run and right now am left with almost nothing.
i was feeling depressed since i woke up after taking a loss on a trade that later reverse to profit as it came very close to my liquidation price and i thought to myself it will be better to save $5 than to completely lose all the funds sadly immediately I closed the trade the market reversed to my direction and hit my take profit. i know we where told not to trade with money we can afford to lose but this fund i was trading with is something i cant afford to lose and yet i lost it which fueled the anxiety and the depression phase.

I hope to get better soon and move pass this feeling because even as i am write this i still have the weight on my chest which i would love to be lifted from me as i can not take it anyone seems as if my heart wants to explode.
