My Actifit Daily Activity: Muscle Soreness almost okay so I went to the Gym

I went to the gym again today even though my muscles were still a little bit sore.
I spent most of my time using the excercise bike just to burn more calories. Thats not to say I didn't do anything else
Again 5 sets of 10 reps per workout with a 5 minute interval
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 40lbs
Dumbbell Kickbacks 40lbs
Those are the only things I could do for today. I wanted to do more but my arms are shaking from tiredness so I just called it a day
