Flexing can mean different things to different people, based on how people perceive it to be. Some say flexing means to show off, there are those that perceive it means to basically woo a lady.

I got a definition online, although I do not really agree with the definition but here it is, maybe you will find it useful or you might agree with it.

Flex is a slang term meaning “to show off,” whether it be your physique, your belongings, or some other thing you consider superior to those of others. The act of flexing is often criticized as a power move, considered arrogant and insincere. Link

From my place, flexing is a slang used for enjoyment. When someone is trying to enjoy himself, with whatever it is the person deem fit as enjoyment.

So, my point is; there is no particular definition for flexing because it varies from persons. We all have our preference and what keeps us going.

Then, I'll say flex them is take them out to enjoy themselves and whatever it is that makes them happy.
