The art of weight loss.
Greetings bosses and welcome to my post.
The act of weight gaining and loss is dependent on our ability to properly cope with our surrounding activities as well as our ability to control stress.

Medically speaking, Weight gain and loss is actually a huge problem on its own, though depending on the degree of either. Weight gain can cause obesity, leading to over wight and certain heart problems while extremely weight loss could lead to loss of muscle mass, malnutrition and ultimately, death. Both weight gain and loss could lead ultimately to death if left untreated.
**HAVE I EVER HAD WEIGHT GAIN OR LOST WEIGHT **
For me, this question is funny cause' I am a slim person. Well, not too slim though.
I have lost weight a couple of times, and came back to my normal weight a couple of times too. Currently, I will say that I lost weight because I just went through a whole lot of stress which I was unable to handle very much. (I think I will make a post on stress too🙂).
WHAT BROUGHT ME TO THE DECISION?
Before I start treading my path to becoming a nurse, I am a kind of person that pays ultimate attention to his body. Yes, at times I just sit and try of read what's going on in my body and at times I try to feel blood flow (which I've not yet succeeded though) and also nerve flow(I notice this a lot in my body).
As such, I tend to know when I loose weight and gain weight. When I suspected that I lost weight, I went on my weight scale and the abracadabra happened. That was when I found out that I have lost weight. I went from 65kg to 63kg under two weeks I travelled to imo state.
HOW I LOST WEIGHT
Few weeks ago,I made a post in hive learners about how I travelled to imo state with a tricycle😹😹...
The sole purpose of me leaving school to imo state was to hustle. I believe that there is power in hustling and I went to imo state to do any job I could get my hands on and I forgot the most important thing in life which is refilling the stomach. I could go a whole day without eating and when I realize it,it would be in the evening. At times I will just take snacks and continue with my work, while sometimes I go to a restaurant and eat something. Because of these, I lost weight significantly but thank goodness I got at least half of what I went there for.
You know what's funny
I don't have ulcer and I did not get stomach ulcer even after I stayed hungry for a whole day repeatedly.
How I avoided ulcer?
Well read on
Well, remember that stomach ulcer is basically wound in stomach and this wound is caused by hydrochloric acid that burns the innermost layer of the stomach (the mucous membrane of the stomach).
During chemistry class, they taught us that to stop an acid from being Soo much concentrated, we dilute with water yeah?
Good
That's what I did. I didn't have food and I know that hydrochloric acid is secreted j to the stomach at sight of food, when there is food in stomach and after digestion, so I always take water even though I didn't see any food. I take water to dilute the hydrochloric acid thereby giving my body space for glycogenolysis.
I really wish I could health educate in this community
That's how I stayed away from stomach ulcer and achieved my work but I took enough food and supplements after I accomplished my goal for two weeks.
WHAT THIS PROCESS TAUGHT ME
This process taught me that: no good thing comes easy and no success is achieved by folding your arms.
When I was working, I got wounded on the feet, hand and at times I will get a scratch on my hand but all these things did not stop me from being what I set out to be. Above all, this my past experience taught me that I should always stay focused and achieve anything irrespective of weight gain or loss. If I'm given an opportunity to do it again,I will still do it.
That will be all for this post and I really appreciate everyone for reading this piece of work. Have a beautiful day ahead.

I'm also the type that spends the most part of each day on an empty stomach. That's a habit I developed as a student when I was still in boarding school. I starved out of necessity, but ever since then till this very moment, I find it easier to spend the first half of each day on am empty stomach. The earliest I eat is around 11am. Haha.
Also, I'm glad I don't have any ulcer. And, I'm not planning to stop skipping breakie anytime soon because I work better in the first half of the day while on an empty stomach.
Its actually nice.
At times, eating in the morning could make us feel weak and delayed but when we allow the body fend for itself, it becomes energized in no time
I also eat every morning at 12 o'clock it has become my habit
That's nice but you should always pay attention to your body in case if it's showing you a negative sign
