Welcome to my blog again and I am excited to participate in this beautiful engagement which culminate the week. I wish us a pleasant weekend.

Immediately I stumbled on the discord channel and noticed the theme, my heart starting beating for couple of minutes until I took a deep breath and exhale it then I got an insight into what I could share.
I decided to title it that way simply because of my brother's assumption which almost cost him however it was actually fun.

It all started with my brother who was invited to grace an occasion along side his league of friends. He went and met his friends so that they can proceed to the venue of the event. When he got to their house, they weren't dressed therefore he had to patiently wait for them as they took their bath and got ready.

Hmmmm after spending four hours these guys were almost reluctant my brother suddenly got pissed off on the new development of their attitudes but later reconciled and set out.
You know sometimes friends can quarrel and no matter what happened always find space for reconciliation later. This actually played out for him.

They were four hence they decided to board a car. The vehicle developed mechanical fault along the way that requires the help of a mechanic. It almost wanted to cause some little chaos but thank God it was averted. Finally they were able to get to the event venue safe and sound. They were warmly received. As African culture normally demands when a visitor comes like that , you offer water in a wash basin for hands to be washed before the arrival of any order thing. Practically that was what the celebrant did to these guys.

Furthermore, a beautiful cushion was given to them to sit comfortably. Later other people around came over to drop their salutation to them. Wow this is peak of my storyline. My guys were well seated and dressed. Behold a beautiful damsel came with tray loaded with food. Guess what kind of food was that? Hmmm it was rice and stew oooooo. Immediately it landed on their table, they couldn't resist it because of the aroma oozing out which almost got them salivating.

Normally when food is served in that environment, one is expected to pray first before mounting on it. That was the exact thing they did. My brother was the one that opened the beautiful dish and dropped the cover at the extreme end of the tray. There is a mentality we grew up with in this axis. When ever food is served and you noticed there's meat kindly remove the meant and keep in one side till you're done eating before you do justice to the last thing which is meat.

Hmmm my people noticed some big big lumps that was covered by the stew which they gently picked with their spoons and kept it on the cover of the plate so that they can eat it later. Immediately they were done eating, everyone started cracking their throats and getting ready to devour the meat. My brother picked his spoon and gently touched the substance on the cover wrapped with stew so that he could reduce the stew on it. As soon as he touched it like three times hahahaha the lump of rice broke and behold it was just mere rice and not meat. They all shouted "Na meat?" And boosted into great uncontrollable laugh. We thought it was meat so Na RICE?
