Scammers are all over the place. One might just get deceived by them without knowing it. Before it was rare for scammers to get people because they have a particular way of operating. But today the case is different. They are everywhere. They move around in the streets and set their traps. If they don't get one there, the internet is another major way of getting people with their tricks. Before we know them with the name 419. Hahaha 😄. But today the name has been baptized to scamming.

Scammers are the main reason why some people have refused to join hive Blockchain. I have told a friend countless times to join me in blogging but all to no avail. He just refused to listen telling me how he has been scammed and he will never do anything called business online no matter what I call it. I took him that he is not even required to bring any money before starting. All he needs to do is to open the account and start. He still stood his grand and refused to listen to me. MMM dealt with him. Then he also became a victim of crowd one. He lost lots of money to those guys and he is not ready to be a victim again.

MY FRIENDS EXPERIENCE WITH SCAMMERS.
Though they have tried with all their skills on me but I believe that my God never allowed them to scam me even for once. I have had of how they have scammed people and how wicked their deeds are, but I have no personal experience of them.

A friend of mine from Wamba local government very close to Akwanga once fail into the hands of scammers and they really dealt with her. She is a widow and still struggling on how to get money to complete what she has to pay the school fees for her three kids. Just at that time she saw a test message telling her to call a number to claim what she won in their company. Maybe she was clouded by all her problems that she never asked anyone about it. She dialed the number and someone picked up and give her a congratulations. She was a bit happy and asked what she was sopposed to do to claim the said amount (#500,000). This was twelve years back and that was a very big money for her. She was asked to buy recharge card of #1500 x3 and send so that they can start processing it for her. She did almost immediately. Some minutes later the she called and was asked to go to buy another recharge card of #1500x 3 again to send so as to complete the process. She did again. This time she was told to expect her money in thirty minutes from that time. She waited and called again. This time she was asked to buy another recharge card to send, but she was not with any money to buy it. She took a taxi to Akwanga and came straight to my shop. Luckily for her I was there and she asked me to lend her the money she will use in buying a recharge card so that she can claim what she won in a company. I shouted and asked her if she has given them anything. She told me that she has given them more than #100, 000. I knew at that point that she has been scammed. Right there the number called her again requesting that she send the recharge card or loss what they want to give her. I collected the phone from her and told the them that they will vomit that money at the right time. Once he heard that voice he switched off. That was how my friend was scammed and the little money she kept went that way.

I know that sometimes it is our greed that is responsible for this. There so many links today in almost all over the places asking people to invest #100,000 yo get #200,000 in teo hours. How can this be possible? We need yo aske questions before we venture into things that will make us regret at the end of the day.
