What happened

I talk about this swap service a few days ago where you can swap crypto in one operation easily. This provides value where you just need to do this operation in one step.

My first two swaps passed through without any issues but the latest one I got a small problem. Not a big one, but at least one where I needed to open a ticket to their support!

My transaction was stuck without coins to appear in my Hive account!

To be honest it is frustrating and it seems a recurrent problem with sites like StealthEX and SimpleSwap. It is convenient but always stressful when you experience issues.

I was confident before opening a ticket to their support! The process to open a ticket was quick, easy, without any issues. I did it quickly in less than 5 minutes.

Simply do not forget to include the server ID if my memory is good. It is the transaction identification where the team can spot the swap with the problem.

After submitting my open ticket I went outside for a few hours. We never know what to expect when using a new service.

I can't remember exactly how often I checked if my coins were there. Later on, I got my coins and the tension vanished.

It is not fun or cool, but it might happen. It is like having a car where you can experience minor problems along the way.

The answer is NO. I plan to keep going, especially with my interaction with the Hive blockchain. You constantly need to swap crypto without paying too much in fees.

Not cool to have issues

When we are dealing with crypto, it is something to expect to have issues with transactions. Something it can take hours for a transaction to be confirmed because of saturation in the network.
