JOTD (4/24/23) -

Two veterans, a Marine and an Army soldier, were sitting at a bar sharing stories of their time in service. The Marine boasted, "I remember this one time I charged an enemy trench all by myself and took out 10 of their soldiers!"



The Army soldier replied, "That's nothing. One time, I single-handedly saved my entire platoon from an enemy ambush."



Just then, a Navy SEAL walked in and overheard their conversation. He interrupted and said, "You guys can talk about your heroics all you want, but let me tell you about this one time I went scuba diving down a river and killed a 20-foot crocodile with my bare hands..."



The Marine and Army soldier looked at him in disbelief and asked, "In what war was that?"



The Navy SEAL replied with a deadpan expression, "Oh, that wasn't in a war. I was on vacation in Australia."
