can someone explain useMemo to me and how it differs from useEffect
You're not returning a value,
Basically you use useMemo to cache a value ,then recompute when there's a dependency change
Basically useEffect is used when you want something to happen based on something else, let's say a function to run based on if another value is true or false
Na function be this,yes I know functions are variables too ,but useCallback is for preventing re-creation of a function on every render.
useMemo is used to cache a value so it doesn't change or re render even when the component re renders unless the value which the useMemo hook depends on changes
But actually you can refactor this to use useMemo
Since this is a function use useCallback
I see, so a good use case is when I have a function within a component that returns another component. Linter complains about this.

Difference between use call back n useMemo is that useCallback returns the function passed to it, while useMemo returns the result of the function you passed to it
