Two weeks ago I started on a mindfulness journey. I keep a journal that I write in every day with my thoughts from the day. I also have a motivational quote section at the front that I fill in.

I can honestly say that it has made a huge difference to my mood and my attitude to my general life since I started.

If you ever feel like you're stuck in a rut or trying to make sense of what is going on, give it a try and see if it helps you. Getting my thoughts down onto a page has given me a lot of clarity and I'm much happier because of it.😊
