The Needed Shout - (Scribble Drawing).



As a grown up man, I have come to see shouting once in a while as something needed, personally, when I shout (something I don't like) sometimes I feel so relieved and relaxed and sometimes it helps to brighten up my mood.

I really don't know if what I display or believe about this particular act is true or anywhere near a truth but I does work for me and I think that makes it more of my truth until I hear other people's opinions about it.

What do you think of Shouting as a therapy?
