State of The Hat - (Scribble Drawing).

The Hat like the one in the drawing above is one popular male wear that I really do not see much of it in the fashion scene in my region that much again. It has become so iconic that it could easily be tagged as someone's identity around here. It either you just see unexpectedly on someone or there's someone somewhere who is known to always have it on but then......
There's this particular hat that could be easily seen on daily basis around here and this hat is one used by fishermen and fisherwomen, it's woven like local baskets and they often use if probably to protect their faces from Sunlight. This is just the state of the Hat in my immediate environment.
