- Make the preferment, by mixing:
- 180g warm water
- 5g dry yeast
- 170g wheat flour
- 180g warm water
- Leave for 1-2h (until doubled in size)
- Mix the preferment with the rest of ingredients:
- 110g honey
- 75ml oil
- 2 large eggs
- 450g wheat flour
- 10g salt
- 110g honey
- Knead, to check if you can stop kneading look for "gluten window"
- Leave for 1-2h (until doubled in size)
- Make the loaf
- Smear it with egg
- Losely cover with plastic wrap
- Leave for 1-2h (until doubled in size)
- Smear it with egg again
- Bake in preheated oven for 35-40min in 180°C, to check if done tap on loaf and if you hear hallow sound, it is done :)
