Wenn ich jemanden auf der Straße in den Rinnstein schubse dann ist das unter Umständen fahrlässige Körperverletzung falls das Opfer einen blauen Fleck davon trägt. Außerdem erfüllt Schubsen den Tatbestand der Beleidigung und es kann als Nötigung ausgelegt werden.

Wie sind diese Handlungen dann eigentlich beim Fußball einzuordnen?

Wenn ich meinem Nachbar über den Gartenzaun an die Gurgel gehe dann kann ich froh sein wenn meine Rechtsschutzversicherung zieht, wenn ich meinen Nachbar dann beim Fußballspiel umpumpe, alles gut, ne bunte Karte vielleicht.

Wenn man das Foul so ansieht merkt man gleich wie genau sich die Spielerin den Typen ausguggt und mit großer Erfahrung den Lauch von den Beinen holt.
