Salt dough flower
This is my first attempt at creating something from salt dough.
The salt dough method is quite simple.
A glass of flour, a glass of salt (preferably extra-fine), 120 ml of warm water.
And that's it. You have cheap modeling material.
In my case, I made a flower.
All that remains is to wait for it to dry and then you can colorize it. You can use acrylic paints, gouache, or watercolor for colorization. Although water-soluble paints will have to be fixed with varnish.

What could be done with colorization?
Should I prime before painting?
I'm already waiting to see if it has dried today.
Because this is a new technique for me.
I've read about this technique but never done it.
By the way, salt dough is a pretty good material for miniature figures.
Its cost is quite low and it can be colored during the dough preparation stage.
The dough also works quite well during therapy with children.
It is non-toxic and pleasant to the touch.
I can't say that I really enjoy sculpting.
But with the help of sculpting I can also make interesting works of art.
But still, the salt should be finer.
