"Forward Steps": color version (drawing on paper)

This is a color version of my #artwork I called "Forward Steps". This is one of those drawings that "lies around for a while" and waits to be finished.

After the basic #lineart drawing stage, the unfinished black and white work sat in my notebook for a long time, waiting for the face to be shaded. Then I thought for a while about what colors I wanted to use for this #portrait.

The result was a very cute #character with golden hair, a red hood, and #armor.

Flowers in the background.

The character's face is based on Olga K. appearance.

Tools: #pencil's, #roller , color liners, markers
Paper: 110x165mm

And now step by step:

From simple uncertain lines to sketch line art.

From these lines, the face and eyes begin to emerge.

Finally, the stage of creating the hair and hood.

And now it was time to draw everything else. At this stage, the armor and clothing appeared.

Well, the final stage of coloring.

The drawing took quite a while. Although not many people saw this drawing. Was it a waste of time? I don't think so. Just another skill improvement.

I don't understand what the promotion on #ecency depends on. How long does it take for it to work? I wonder if the promotion happens the same way if you buy points for real money.
