BTC looks like just rangebound in tight area of 36K to 39K....Will it make a move one way

BTC looks like just rangebound in tight area of 36K to 39K....Will it make a move one way or the other soon ? Few days hopefully up but seems the bears have the upper hand at the moment. Wish we could see some confidence but on any small upward movement seems the fear is driving selling of Alts especially. Hold on !
