New Ink Drawing - Kevin Keele's Character

Once again i am taking a page from Kevin Keele's book and reinterpreting a character. This one in particular has a grim look as though he'd just been offended. Adding a shirt though to the original piece seemed fair as leaving it would make the whole thing scanty.
