Cosmic Creations Edition 9 - 'The Zombie Private'

I don't know if at all youre acquainted with the works of FELA. He was a musician genius who spent his mid and later year perfecting the Afrobeat genre. There's this particular album he released in 1976 about Zombies but in this case he was referring to military dictators and their goons. The song was played in the movie Gal Gadot starred in few months ago that had to do with 'Heart'. This is it though

In it he talks about how soldiers follow orders good or bad without thinking just like zombies without brains. When I saw the reference, the thought of giving him ranks as you'll see disappeared and I made him look like a private going to war. I wanted to make the background a little dystopian to portray a sense of damage but the idea of the Sun wouldn't allow. I probably would have crowded his back so I left it this way.

The book is a story of a young private who upon following orders caused the death of thousands in his homeland. There are thousands of people like him also involved in the process but you can only cover so much...
