I think that if we ask the Hive blockchain's PEPE frog @pepetoken about the use of the #pepe tag on posts (and comments) that are not related at all to PEPEs (and !MEMEs), it would simply say that everyone is free to use the tag for any type of post (hopefully not #nsfw 🙈)! 🤯🐸
