Do you mean that there are some types of animal meat that can be "replicated", but not bacon? πŸ₯“πŸ€―πŸ˜…

No, I don't think that any could be replicated, but cooked bacon would be particularly difficult. 😁 πŸ™ πŸ’š ✨ πŸ€™

I have read online that some people who are experienced in "vegan meat" (either by creating or eating them) say that while they can be similar to meat, it won't replicate any type of real meat. 🀯 For instance, some types of mushrooms are said to have a similar texture as chicken, but there is hardly any way for them to be mistaken for real chicken (with some exceptions of course, such as people who hardly have ever eaten chicken). πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ€“

Some mushrooms, like Portobello, if prepared correctly, do have a striking similarity to meat. 😁 πŸ™ πŸ’š ✨ πŸ€™

That mushroom name sounds so rare and expensive, and the preparation very tricky. πŸ’ΈπŸ€―πŸ˜…

Nah, Portobello mushrooms can be found in most grocery stores in the places that I've lived, they're not expensive, and they're also not difficult to prepare. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Perhaps those mushrooms being available, affordable, and easy to prepare is true near where you lived. πŸ€―πŸ˜…

Perhaps so. I've always seen and been able to find them in stores in the US. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

I wonder when you last bought (and cooked) those mushrooms (and tried to make them taste like meat). 😏
