Yep, that could work, Hive is great for governance. Indeed, and that's the problem with not verifying that people, or Pepe frogs, are actually eligible to vote. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I think the phrase "maximum one vote for every PEPE frog" is more accurate and precise than "exactly one PEPE frog for every one vote". 🤯🐸🤓
