Every month end we have lot of task to settle related work . Those work in job field must be understand what i am talking about .



Today is month end and we have to settle stocks inventory , sales report , revenue reports and forcasting . These job make you little stress since all approach at month end .



Today we had very serious meeting about company goal set for next 1 year and how and what needs to do to work on it Also our bosses gave a set target to achieve next month after forcasting and budgeting .

Management of any companies or even self is the key of success and as a professional ,i am very well aware of all these points .

Everyday my office hour 8 hrs but today it becomes 12 hours as its month end .

I am basically working in service sector and its one of very challenging job sector .

This month our company expense has been increased and the sales not jumped on same frame which also stressing whole management .

If i tell you truth then our company has put expenditure on Advertisement which is not profitable in short term but long term possibly yes.



Lets welcome Month of July of 2023 and hope for better revenue and management .
