Cauvery River Water Dispute India

I am presently in Bangalore and this city having serious protest and strikes on Cauvery water because Karnatka is not getting enough water for the state people where as Tamilnadu also protesting to get enough water for their own state people .
This is actually not a new issue but it was first highlighted in 1892 when India was not got freedom and that time i meanin british india ,Mysore and Madras empire used to exist and that problem was first appeared that time. Many times riots, protest happened even Supreme court do the justice like distribution of water from Cauvery river to both state .
Actually water issue just happen because Cauvery River made by Rain water instead Glacier and sometimes due to not enough rain , water crisis started in both state. The total size of river is 700 km and there are 700 TMC ft water average found every year.Population of the state also big factor for not supplying enough water to both state.

This issue still exist in 2023 and nobody knows that how many days it will go on .
Today was bundh all over bangalore and big bundh called on coming friday which directly impact the economy of india.
