Reflecting on What to Do Next

I am now contemplating what to do next with my two active accounts in Splinterlands. Months ago, I been using four gaming accounts but due to changes in the mechanics of the game, I decided to freeze the other two accounts for some time and focus instead on my account and my second son's account, @kopiko-blanca.

As to the collection power (CP) of my account, I could easily reach Gold II. My immediate goal is to reach Gold I with 200,000 CP. For the year's goal, I intend to reach the Champion League with 500,000 CP. To achieve such a goal, I need to own a powerful Summoner. In this way, I will not be dependent on the rental market. I intended to focus on Dragon Splinters by owning a level 4 Quix the Devious.

However, the prices of cards changed so fast and that is why I am now having second thoughts about whether I will continue my plan to own a level 4 Quix the Devious or shift to a level 6 Daria Dragonscale. This is because a level 1 Quix the Devious is now worth $22.01 whereas a level 1 Daria Dragonscale can be bought now at $3.91 per BCX if you will purchase a level 6 card. Both levels of Summoner are necessary for a player to enter the Champion League.

As for @kopiko-blanca's account, it has already reached Silver III. To move up higher, cards need to be maxed out and there is no better time to do that than now due to the low prices of cards.

As I checked the market, five common cards caught my attention due to their low prices. And so I used the DEC in my primary account to purchase the required number of cards to upgrade them one level higher.

After completing the upgrade, I added a total of 275 Collection Power (CP). The next goal for my son's account is to reach Silver II.

With the ongoing season, @kopiko-blanca has managed to win 27 chests so far. Its CP is now close to 20,000.
