Powering Up 300 LEO on My Birth Month
Nine days from now will be my 56th birthday and my second on Hive. It's good to power up both HIVE and LEO on my birth month.
What is unique this month is that all of my top four Hive Engine tokens in terms of staking rewards, I use all of them to buy LEO. They include SME, CENT, CTP, and LOLZ. They gave me close to 100 LEO this month. As a result, I was able to accumulate 465 LEO.
Today is my 10th time participating in #LPUD and the fourth consecutive month this year that I have been powering up 300 LEO. I think if I can maintain this discipline, I can achieve that 5,000-staked LEO eight months from now.
As I write this post, two hours already passed in #LPUD. It appears that I've been early in my entry. It's better to do it now as I start the day before I proceed to other Hive activities.
An hour ago, I staked 300 LEO.
I now have 2,606 staked LEO and 165 liquid LEO. All in all, I now have 2,771 LEO. Here is now the new update on my LEO status:

I am really curious about this platform. Do they have their own app like SoMee? Is it a Social Media Platform? What is the Token Supply of this project? How many tokens do i have to buy to become a whale? How many people use this Platform? Is the team building like SoMee, Hive and some of the other great projects?

Yes, they do. Check https://leofinance.io/. It is also a social platform but its focus is primarily on crypto and finance. The maximum supply is 1B but its current circulating supply is just 15.5M. And out of that 15.5M, 11.4M are staked. Instead of the fish category, they are using lion to classify different holders of LEO Power:
According to this article, last February this year, there are "1,040 Monthly Active Users (MAUs)."
As for projects, two years ago, they launched Cub Finance. Its native token is CUB with a total supply of 21,544,106. And then just a year ago, another project has been launched. This time it was polycub. The total supply of this token is 7,272,551. Their most recent projects include Threads ( a microblogging platform like SoMee and D.Buzz), alpha leofinance, and the one that will be launched this 1st of May using zealy.io. The goal is for mass onboarding.

Yes, you can choose between Hivesigner or Hive Keychain. As I observe, many use the LeoFinance platform. In my case, I prefer to use either PeakD in publishing an article for it is easier. I just click the "Subscriptions" tab and go to the specific tribe where I want to post.
Have you tried publisbing on SoMee and later editing the post and adding the Leofinance tag on PeakD or Ecency? That is what i have been doing lately.

I published several times on SoMee. However, editing the post and adding other tribe tags seem not to work.
Nobody sees the post on Leofinance im guessing. No wonder i am not getting upvotes on Leofinance lol. However, my posts are appearing on the Leofinance platform when i edit and add the tag. I have to play around a little more with the Leofinance platform until i better understand it.

In August last year, when the lion category was not clear yet, an Orca at that time would have 20k LEO power. I was fortunate that I was picked up as a winner 3x and received a 20,000 LEO delegation. With that amount of LEO power, my vote value shoot up from 0.028 to 0.997, a 3,460.71% increase! I think with your 5k LEO power, your vote value will be 0.24925. I came up with that number by dividing 0.997 by four.
Oh WOW. Didn't know any of that! That was a generous individual that delegated all of that.. How many LEO do you now have?

That is the LEO value. Author and curation rewards on SoMee are significantly higher, not unless of course if you have a large following here that will curate your content.

LeoFinance has many content creators. Instead of relying on upvotes, I think a better way is to increase one's stakes and curate. I use my HIVE growth as my reference for I observe that using https://hive-now.com/ my curation rewards are bigger than my author rewards.
