I assume the headache depends on the amount you drink?
Alcohol is a diuretic so it dehydrates you faster.
If you dont drink water from time to time while drinking = dehydration. And headache is one of the symptoms.
So the more alcohol you drink the more water you need to drink basically.
It’s a hard kombucha. I started drinking it because a friend said he drank 10 one night and woke up with out a migraine. It’s all I’ve drank since. 2 and I’m good. Idk how he drank 10
I prefer german beer. Also no headache guaranteed
