Well, I have some tricks that will help you a lot when preparing this delicious cake . The recipe depends on the size of the cake. In this case I will give you a recipe for a half kilo cake in a 28cm mold. The photo is my version of individual cakes but this cake looks amazing in any presentation. For the dough: beat 250 grams of butter with 250 grams of sugar, add 4 eggs, add them 1 by 1. Mix 500 grams of flour with 2 tablespoons of baking powder. Divide into three parts. Incorporate into the previous envelope mixture, alternating with the milk (500ml o CC). To prepare the mold: cover with a thin layer of sugar and squeeze the juice of half a lemon (1 tablespoon) over heat until the sugar dissolves. Once dissolved, turn off the heat and cover the mold with the caramel, spread one side of the pineapple slices with butter (this is my trick so that they do not stick in the mold and it always works for me) and then place the pineapple wheels on the hot caramel. That the part of the pineapple with butter remains on the caramel. Bake at 180 ° for 40/50 min. insert a stick if it comes out clean it is because it is ready.
