My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2024
Hello everyone and good day to y'all š How was your day today guys? I hope y'all are doing great today!
For me I had quite a good day today, it's still cold and raining but I was able to go out to the market today. I totally forgot to go to the market yesterday which is suppose to be my shopping day but since I was a little busy with my house work that I totally forgot. My wife nagged at me the whole night yesterday lol. So she made sure I go to the market today coz she went along with me š I had the commander watch over me and make sure I didn't screw anything up š±
Anyways I bought my usual stuffs that we needed like onions, garlic, spring onions, carrots and grapes. What's new for this shopping is that my wife found some shop that sold small clams or what we call "Imbao Shells" here in the Philippines. She said we should buy some and so we did. She also told me to buy some Chinese Cabbage coz we need that for our clam soup later on. We also bought some dried fish š
After our shopping we went to a bakery to buy some bread as well then we went home.
I skipped my breakfast today and my wife cooked me some tasty clam soup š. But before eating I need to measure everything up so I can keep track on my calorie intake š The weight of my Pink Plate (Yes MINK!) is around 182 grams.
Last time I had brown rice so to mix it up a little we cooked some corn rice today š for those who didn't know corn rice has much less sugar than regular rice and it is also rich is fiber to help out with dieting š Sadly this is like a poor people's rice here but I love it. Now it's at 380 grams which makes it around 198 or 200 grams of corn rice for this meal š. A quick google search told me that 200 grams of corn rice would be around 270 calories which is around the same calories as the brown rice hmmm interesting.
Next up I need to weigh in the bowl for the soup coz I didn't want to put the soup and clams directly on my plate this time unlike the last time š The bowl weighs at around 96 grams.
Now add in my clam soup and it now weighs at around 342 grams which is roughly 250 grams for the soup but note that the shell of the clam makes most of the weight for sure so instead of calculating the calories for the clams I'd rather calculate the calories from the Chinese Cabbage since it's mostly Chinese Cabbage anyways. A quick google search tells me that 250 grams of Chinese Cabbage is only around 95 calories! Wow! damn that's one heck of a diet food right there folks š No wonder vegans are so slim! Maybe next time I should skip rice and just eat 1 kilo of Chines Cabbage and that would only give me around 380 calories heck even two kilos or three kilos of that would still be good. Man I should do that next time most likely eating two kilos of Cabbage or Chinese Cabbage hell yeah!
Anyways guys so all in all I ate like 370 calories for this meal? I'm ready for my fats to get burned baby š Anyways guys this is all for me today. I hope y'all have a great day ahead. Stay Fit and Healthy guys cheers!
