My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2024

Hello guys! It's been a while since I had a proper actifit post 😥 well the weather here kinda sucks lately (rainy days) so I couldn't do any proper activity for the past few days. Well today isn't exactly as exciting as I wanted it to be coz it's still raining 😅

Anyways guys earlier today I was doing a mini shopping in our local super market here and I found a digital weighing scale for food! Finally! I've been wanting to buy one of these online but always forgets 😩 Luckily now I got one so I was so excited to use it 😁

First I measured the weight of my plate or bowl if you may coz for obvious reason it has a weight 😂 just to make things more convenient to me. As you can see above it weighs in at around 128 grams.

Next I had to put some rice in the bowl, as you can see for today I cooked some brown rice (healthy choice!) I wanted to eat 200 grams of brown rice for this meal so I made the weight at 328 grams coz 328 - 128 = 200 grams of brown rice. According to my quick research on google a 200 grams of brown rice would contain around 220 to 250 calories.

Now for the main course I have here 4 boiled eggs 😍 now that looks yummy 😍 now the whole bowl is at 567 grams so I have to minus the 328 grams from before to get the total weight of the eggs. 567 - 328 = 239 grams now that's a lot of eggs but I love it 😁 Now just like before I went it and asked google how much calories does that 239 grams of eggs give me and that would be around 368 to 400 calories! Now all in all during this single meal I ate around 650 calories max which is great!

I really love this weighing scale coz now I can keep track on my calorie intake as well as exercising. I really wish to loose a lot of my belly fats and hopefully this will help me to achieve my goals even more.

Well aside from this I walked around the house for today since like I said it was still raining outside 😭 Sadly for the next two days I probably wouldn't be able to post coz I have a seminar to attend to for two consecutive days. I will try my best to be active still but if I can't reach the 5,000 step goal in order for me to post an actifit report then that would be too bad. I need to attend this seminar at all cost since this is a paid seminar. The topic for this seminar is about gender sensitivity which is getting crazy in the western countries. I just hope it won't be as crazy here in the Philippines lol coz there's a huge trend of Filipinos copying western culture lol. I hope we copy the good ones and not the bad ones 😂

Que interesante post, es muy bueno realizar el seguimiento de tus comidas , jeje como que me voy a comprar una báscula para tambien realizar el mismo seguimiento 🙌
