My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2024

Hello fellow Actifiters and good day to you all 😊

Today guys I went to the mountain parts of our town because there's a huge kite festival event that happened today. I've known this event was coming today so I woke up quite early today and started my journey early coz it's a long way up in the mountains of our town 😅

When I arrived at the location of the event it was filled with different kinds of shops and stalls. There were kite shops obviously 😂 There were also food stalls, plant stalls, medical stalls and even art stalls all over the place. I was kinda sad coz I went for the ride without even having breakfast so I was kind of happy to see there were food stall all over the place so I had my breakfast first before taking shots 😉 I bought 2 meat rolls and a cup of rice 😉

After my breakfast I went to work. At first there wasn't that much people but you better believe me that the place was packed within an hour or so 😍 I really didn't expect the amount of people who participated in the event. While there were only 11 contestants all in all but people who have kites were welcome to fly them as long as it's after the competition. There a lot of kids who enjoyed flying their kites into the skies above.

There lots of different kinds of kites that flew today. Some have a shape of a boats, some have the normal diamond shape and the rectangular shape as well. Those are basic kites while some have a much more complicated design to them just like this bat kite? It looks like a bat to me 😅

This one is kind of unique coz it was shaped as a woman 😁

But the main attraction for today is this kite right there above. It was shaped like a dragon and was quite long 😲 I don't know the exact length but based on how they made it fly I would say around 20 meters. From what I've gathered from the announcer was that this years entry is much longer than the previous year. I was honestly surprised at how the kite was but also stunning to look from below. I didn't know who won the competition coz the winners will be announced tomorrow and I'll not come back there tomorrow coz I have other plans. But I'm guessing from all 11 contestants I'm guessing the dragon will win again 😅 I'm not saying the other kites were not good. I think all of them were great but the sheer length of the dragon makes it so hard to make and even fly but they somehow did 😎

After the kite flying there were quite a lot of intermission numbers and I enjoyed them quite a lot. There were dances, dramas and singing. I enjoyed the drama's the most 😁 I just find it funny when teenagers want to portray someone who is married 🤣 coz seeing someone go through life is different than being the one experiencing that kind of life.

Anyways guys this is all for me today. I'm so exhausted from the shoot 😭
