My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2024
Hello fellow Actifiters and good day to you all 😊
Earlier this morning I saw some rain clouds scattered all around our wharf and thought it might rain at last but alas it is not meant to be 🥹 We desperately need the rain coz rhe drought we are experiencing here is draining our water supply 😭 Sadly the clouds were just a scam and the intense heat play continuously raining the suns rays upon us 🥵
Despite the heat I still found myself doing rounds of running. I did rest from time to time to stay out of the scorching sun. It's way different than riding my bike coz if I ride my bike the wind keeps my body cool so the scorching sun doesn't hurt that much as when you are jogging or running 😅
