My Actifit Report Card: April 4 2024
Hello fellow Actifiters and good day to you all 😊
Today I went out for another bike ride but towards Argao this time. I was having a good time and have planned to go to Poblacion Argao which is around 16km away from Sibonga but maybe around the 5km mark I was already feeling the intense heat from the sun. I'm quite used to the heat here but today seems to be unsually hot 😵💫 so instead of going to Poblacion Argao I decided to just stop around the boundary of the two towns which is Taloot Argao. I didn't go back immediately as I was feeling a little dizzy from the heat. This must be a heat stroke? I'm not sure really coz it's my first time feeling this kind of sensation despite me going around bathing in the hot sun day in and day out.
