My Actifit Report Card: July 20 2022

Hello everyone 😁

Today was a fine sunny day which was great since I had my son get vaccinated for the COVID-19 vaccine for the first time. The vaccine for 5 to 12 years old have been going on for a while but I didn't get my son vaccinated until was because I wanted to make sure 😃

Anyways my son just like me is really afraid of injections or needles overall so I had to support my son to be brave. When it was his time I just told him to relax and it will be over in an instant. I am so proud of my son for being brave, he didn't even flinch nor cried. After the injection I asked him if it hurt him and he said yes but he could handle it wow 😲. My son is growing so fast and in a few years he will be a teenager and in another few years might live away from home to start his own path in life 😭

As a parent it makes me proud and sad at the same time but that is life as they say...

Anyways that is all for me today folks. See yah again tomorrow 😘
