My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2022
Hello guys I've rested up and ready to roll. Its another day for doing workouts and todays focus are Biceps, Shoulders and Triceps
First on the list are EZ Bar Bicep Curls. I used 30lbs of weight. I increased it by 10lbs from 20lbs. After two weeks of doing it Im getting the hang of this. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each. Got through the end without a hinch 😁
Next were EZ Bar Upright Rows. I made a mistake on the weight today. I should've used 40lbs weight but I used 50 so its 20lbs more than usual. I did 3 sets of 8 reps each. Thats the best I could do for that weight. Luckily I got through to the end but the last set was hard
Next were Tricep Dips. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each. First tricep workout in a while. I didn't really want to do triceps as the triceps are included when doing chest workouts but I tried it out today just to give it a little bit of form.
Next was a 30 minute cardio using the excercise bike.
Next was a Seated Shoulder Press. I used 25lbs of weight on each hand totalling 50lbs. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each.
Next was a Straight Bar Tricep Pushdowns. I used 70lbs of weight on this one. I could probably push to 80lbs but I stuck with 70lbs. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each.
And lastly another 30 minute cardio using the Elliptical Machine.
After the workout I can definitely feel my muscles throbbing. This will most likely give me sores tomorrow so another rest day for tomorrow 😅
