My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2022

Its monday and its time for another workout yay! My body is really adjusting itself now. When I don't go to the gym I feel so restless.
First on my to do list is a flat bench press. I used 60lbs weight and did 3 sets of 12 reps for each set.
Next is T-Bar Rows using 50lbs weight. I did 3 sets of 12 reps for each set.
To let my muscles rest for a while I did a cardio excercise bike for 30 minutes 😍
After my cardio I rested for 10 minutes and this Sweet Tofu vendor came and I bought 1 cup of it. This guy is a good source of protein so it is great for me 😁
