My Today's Cleaning Tasks

Good day my follow hiversđź’•. Welcome to me blog once again. I realised that rain might ruin my intentions to tidy the backyard as the ominous clouds loomed overhead.

Even though the weather prediction called for an afternoon shower, I was determined to clear out the clutter, fallen branches, and overgrown grass that had gathered over the previous several months. I gathered my equipment early in the morning, which included a wheelbarrow, a leaf blower, gardening gloves, and a strong rake. Just in case, I also made sure to wear waterproof boots. Now that my backyard was reduced to a tangled mess of weeds, it was time to get things back in order. I began raking the dead leaves that had accumulated in the yard's corners in the suffocating humidity.I could feel the clouds following me everywhere I went, and the occasional distant rumble of thunder served as a constant reminder that time was running short. I could see the first drops of rain falling while I worked.

At first, they were mild, even pleasant as they took the edge off of my labour. However, the rain intensified and became a consistent drizzle in a matter of minutes. Although my initial thought was to go back inside, I persisted, determined to complete the task at hand. The rain compounded the difficulty of the work, making the ground a muddy mess and adding weight to the leaves I was collecting. I continued despite the mud getting up to my knees and my clothes being completely drenched.Reminding myself that the garden was becoming clean and fresh again was the effect of the rain. The rain eventually stopped, and new, cold wind emerged as the clouds parted. I paused to breathe and take in the beauty of my backyard. Rain had brought back the colours of the plants, giving the foliage a more vivid and lively appearance. Having regained my energy, I went back to work and completed the remaining tasks. My backyard looked completely different by the end of the afternoon. I felt like I had accomplished something and my backyard felt like it had never been cleaned up because the rain had not discouraged me but rather given me an unexpected lift.
