Creative Sunday post: my recipe for vegetable soup

One food I can not do without in life is soup. I can eat soup morning, afternoon and night for an entire month without getting tired. Haha.

I made a soup called vegetable soup today. Today, I will show you my recipe for making a vegetable soup.

Firstly, I gathered everything I will use for the soup, which are:

• Ugwu
• Water leaf
• Fresh pepper
• Dried grinded pepper
• Fresh fish
• kpomo
• Beef
• Palm oil
• Condiments like maggi, salt, kitchen glory, onion

I washed the kpomo, fish and beef, then I put it inside a small pot with some seasoning and water to cook.

With the meat still on fire, I got a bigger pot, placed it on fire and added some palm oil.

I added the onion and fresh pepper, then I allowed to cook for a few minutes.

I added the already washed water leaf into the pot of boiling oil and stirred.

I added enough seasoning and allowed to cook for sometime.

I brought down the meat from fire and separated it from the water I used to cook it.

After a while, I added the ugwu leaf, then I added the water used to cook the meat.

I stirred and allowed to boil for some time.

I added the meat and fish after wards, leave on fire for a short while then I brought it down from the fire.

I served the soup with eba, which made it very sweet.

That's the simple way I used to make a delicious vegetable soup.
