The right face for the naira note

A country's currency is the back bone of that country as it is the strength in which the country could use to accomplish many things bot nationally and internationally.

When a country has a strong currency, for example the U.S, many investors will want to invest and utilize the currency which will help the currency's worth rise, in turn saving the currency from inflation and adding positively to the influence of the country.

It is a great honour to have ones face on the currency note if a country. In my country, we use the Naira note, and we have different people's face in our currency note.

Irrespective of the fact that inflation is slowly eating up the worth of my country's currency - Naira, Being a developing country, I think that the government is trying what they can in their own end to ensure the growth of the currency.

MY CHOICE FOR THE RIGHT FACE OF THE NAIRA CURRENCY

For a person to appear on a Naira note is really a great honor, and if I'm asked, I will say that I want Sir Peter Obi to be the face of our currency.

From my perspective, Sir Peter Obi is a man of transparency and honesty and is loved by the country people.

He contested for the president of Nigeria few months ago but failed due to some electoral malpractice that is obvious to every citizen. The story of how he lost the election is a very long one and filled with manipulation but all I can say now is that Nigeria is a developing country and there is bound to be flaws.

THE REASONS BEHIND MY CHOICE
It is no new news to the people of Nigeria that corruption is the order of the day and it seems like no one can come out to voice their thoughts because everyone is scared of being killed just like what happened in lekki few years ago.

Sir Peter Obi came out to give the people back their voice but well, the corruption still took place before the eyes of everyone in broad daylight and nobody could do anything about it, not even the electoral committee because they were the core pioneers of what happened.

Sir Peter Obi is a very respected person in Nigeria and he is a man of his words.

He is not only transparent but he also has empathy for the people.

For such a face to be in the Naira note, I think goodness will follow the people of Nigeria.

Given the things sir Peter Obi has faced throughout the time of contesting for the presidential election, both the court trials and all that, I think that his face is better suited for this. From my perspective, He spells goodness and if his face is there, it will be a great boost for the currency and the currency will probably go towards vindication from inflation.

Sir Peter Obi deserves being the face of the currency and it is a hundred percent not arguable.

Thanks you for stopping by my post, I really appreciate and hope to see you next time.

Have a nice time and take care.

If only men like obi could take over the leadership of Nigeria, a lot of the nonsense going on in the country would have stopped long ago. I really love that man, but then God knows best.

You're very much correct. Imagine the government of Abia state spent over Naira 900million on chops and other irrelevant things. 900milla.

Well, just like you said, God knows best

Can you imagine, that kind of money could have been used for something better

It would have been a great privilege for him to lead us, and I am still looking forward to it. I pray he never gives up and decide to try again. With the way things are in this current economy and how much people are lamenting, I really hope they have learnt better and will try as much as possible to not make the same mistake again.

Fighting corruption is something admirable, nowadays unfortunately most people would allow themselves to be carried away by biased offers, kindness and always seeking the path of good make a total difference in our daily lives!

Great text!

This is the main problem of my country.

Instead of the people to feel the pain now, fight corruption and enjoy tomorrow. They choose to enjoy the moment and suffer the rest of the years

Peter Obi is good choice but I think we should wait for when he gets into power before we start giving him all these praises.

I understand where you're coming from. Undoubtedly, Power ruins a person.

Well, let's see how he will do if he power is bestowed upon him.

I pray he has a second chance and it will have been a great privilege for him, I think Will should not praise him so much because Will did not know his true color

You're right.
Politicians are like chameleons, the show white during campaign and then show red during their tenor.

I support this suggestion of yours, Peter Obi is a man of the people no doubt and I am certain that had he been given a chance to rule Nigeria, all this economic hassles we are facing will not be like this

Honestly.

He always know how to economize and make every work in the favor of his people. The people of Anambra state can attest to that..

This is actually thoughtful, picking the right choice of face for a country's currency and your choice is nice too.
