The lessons 2023 had to give

The year has undoubtedly been a stress filled day with ups and downs from all corners.

Making it through to the end of this year is something that comes with joy and celebration because the factors inhibiting us has been conquered.

Even though my memories are wiped, I will never forget this year

Being able to make it through the past 12 months hasn’t been an easy tasks for most of us. There were good and bad days. There were days we thought of giving up but we didn’t. There were also days we felt we could conquer the world.

The past year came with many lessons, mainly life lessons. The process of learning these lessons were really though and honestly, sometimes I felt like giving up, running away and starting a new but I can't. I can not do that because I'm a man and needs to go through the fire in other to be a bright diamond.

Some of the lessons I learnt this year are as follows:

1. Do not count your family's pocket, and think you deserve it.

2. In other to properly handle a problem, always be calm, gentle and relaxed in any situation.

3. Being addicted to your comfort zone kills slowly without you realizing it. It's more dangerous than cancer.

4. Wake up, say a prayer, clean your room, have breakfast and write down your plans for the day. This is a great way to start your day.

5. Always finish one task for a given day and do not carry that task on to the next day.

6. Money don't buy happiness, however, money and good relationships buys the best form of happiness

7. Be cold but always be warm to your loved ones.

8. If you make $10 in a day, 5 should go for expenses, 2 savings, 1 charity and 2 reinvestment.

9. These guys and ladies aren't going nowhere, hustle now and enjoy with them tomorrow. You've got work to do.

10. Always believe in a bigger and higher entity. Spirituality gives hope, don't miss it.

These are some of the lessons I could share with everyone on here. The experiences I got with Life this year has taught me tons of lessons, both good and bad. Sharing it with the community will make this post very long and I don't want that.

WHAT I WISH I HAD DONE DIFFERENTLY THIS YEAR

Come to think of it, I don't think I made much mistakes this year because most my plans were achieved.

One thing I should not have done this year was to be a pawn in another persons political game. It was just like the player got played.

It's cool to be the play but it sucks to be the played yaknow ~ Eminem - rock bottom.

I'm into school politics and I am very good at it due to my knowledge of psychology. I do play the game very well and always come out victorious. Though it's a dirty game, I enjoyed playing it.

Recently, I allowed my trust mislead me and it made me to get used by another politician. Due to the fact that I trusted the person, he used my power to defeat the school authority, get students support and won the election as the president of my school. This brought side talks to my name with hidden insults. When I realized what my trust led me into, I had regrets but most importantly - lessons.

I wished I had not trust him and used him instead to fulfill my my goals but well, the did is already done. I think that is the only mistake I regret making this year. Except that, I'm okay with my mistakes, I have learnt from it and would not wish to do any other thing differently.
