Sugar 3. Cleanplanet
Sometimes, carbonated drinks are what we use to effectively relieve hypoglycemia in minutes. This is effective due to the amount of sugar I contains.
Drinking these carbonated drinks is like a one way trip the land of diabetes.
However, if I must take a carbonated drink, it is strictly when I feel hypoglycemic. If I must drink a carbonated drink without having any signs of hypoglycemia, then I will check it's label thoroughly to see it's ingredients.
When I check the label, I will be able to see the amount of sugar that the particular drink contains. This will give me a heads up to know what drink I should take, and what drink I should avoid.
Most people love eating snacks. Another thing I do to regulate my sugar intake is to know what snack I eat. Some snacks are epitome of sugars. One but will send your sugar levels skyrocketing. Instead of eating these snacks, I go for the ones that have less sugar.
There are many other things to do to regulate your sugar intake, and the sugar in your body as well.
Exercising is one of the most effective ways of burning lots of calories. Yes, it can be very tiring and sometimes, you feel like your legs wants to pull out. It feels like your abdomen is about to burst open and your lungs are about to collapse during the process of exercising.
However, you should remain motivated and keep on exercising nonetheless. Keep your sugar levels in check, not to go hypo or hyperglycemic.
This will help a lot in the control of diabetes and other related diseases.
This is the end of my post on sugar. I hope you enjoyed reading it and I hope you learnt something from it.
I also cleaned the planet today, and I took some pictures while at it. These pictures are seen below.
