Sugar 2. Clean Planet.

I once had a aunty that was diabetic. The disease condition was not properly taken care of and it migrated to form foot gangrene. It was really a bad experience.
The gangrene was really bad to the extent that the room where she was, was really smelling. Double facemask would not save you from the stench. She feels literally no sensation in her affected leg. When her legs are being cleaned, some particles of her bones do fall off due to the gangrene.
She refused to allow the doctors cut of her leg in an attempt to stop the gangrene. She later died though.
Personally, I know how sweet sugar is. It is the basic ingredient for every snack I can think of.
Though I am not yet old, and I still need sugar, but excess of it can cause more harm to me, than good. there are some ways in which I regulate my sugar intake. These ways are;
The first thing I do is to regulate how I take carbonated drinks. You may not know, but the amount of sugar that is inside carbonated drinks is very high. Not high, but very high.
