I would not say that I am a novice but am amateur when it comes to relationships. However one thing I know for sure is that: for a relationship to progress, we have to be the perfect person we are looking for in our partners. There's no perfection, but all we have to do is to accept our mistakes, embrace positive change and learn to accommodate the bad attitudes of our partners while trying to change them in a loving manner.

I would say that the relationship ended for good because I have been able to focus more in life and made significant progress. I have worked on my self to a extent, though I know I can not truly achieve this alone, I still hope to find someone who can build me an i build her.

I think this is a perfect way to look at it.

And even though it ended, you learned something in the process, and hopefully she did too!

You will for sure find someone who is better suited to you (and you to her!)

You know a lot about relationships and I really admire that. I wish I knew half of what you know. Welp, I guess experiences built you.

It's been over 6 months now and don't feel like getting another relationship. Probably because from my past relationship, I got a mindset of: "you just be rich in other to get a girlfriend." Well, it's such a drag though but I hope to learn everything there is and change this mentality in my head

hmmm there are lots of sources of riches.

and when you are rich in wisdom.... and when a girl sees THAT as the true value over rich in money - GRAB HER AND HOLD HER TIGHT!!! hehehe

money is not bad - but it comes and goes.

wisdom builds and grows!!!

and for me? well... life. hehe God has taught my husband and I a lot. We don't always listen. lol but He is patient and kind.

we just celebrated our 30th anniversary 7 days ago - and the reason we are together is only God and His kindness!!!
