My cleaning activity. 7/2/25

Hello everyone and welcome to my post.

It's another day to make another cleaning post.

Being clean can make one free from germs which are infectious microbes.

I know it is said that "disease don't kill an African." ~unknown but trust me, so long as there is flesh and blood in your vein, you will be prone to be infected with any type of disease if you don't take proper measures.

It is important to note that cleaning can make us freeze from all these diseases causing micro organism. Clearing your gutter, using mosquito nets, clearing your bush, picking up garbage in your houses and around your house, maintaining a clean environment, ensuring adequate personal hygiene, e.t.c. All these are required to go up the illness-wellness continuum proposed by Dunn.

Though we can not be a hundred percent healthy, we should try by all means possible to make sure that we are free from diseases and infermity. This is why I embark in the journey of cleaning the planet.

The planet is a huge space, and I alone can not properly clean everything without being worked up and worn out. I am just human, a mortal who doesn't have metals and gets tired with a degree of work. However, if everyone puts in their effort to ensure that the planet is clean, if everyone work together, we will be able to achieve vast cleanliness in no time.

The pictures of my cleaning activity for the day is below.

I hope you enjoyed reading and viewing.

Thank you for reading ☺️
