Coping with boredom
The moon is out, giving it's bright light, and beautifying the flowers with it's white light.
Being bored can never be possible in such environment as the beauty of nature has already occupied my heart and I have fallen deep in love with the relaxing breeze and the bright moon light.
Once in a while however, when I don't get such environment and when music is not close to my ears, I do feel extremely bored and at times, I can't sleep due to boredom.

I bet we all have witnessed such stage in life where we feel bored and at times, seeing a movie adds to the boredom.
HOW DO I FEEL WHEN I AM IN THIS STATE?
I do feel bored and when I'm in the state of boredom, I start thinking a lot.
Naturally, I am an over thinker, however, to get rid of this attribute of mine, I do engage in one activity or the other.
In the state of boredom, I don't feel, but I think. I start thinking of things that happened years ago, I start thinking of my mistakes and finding appropriate lessons to learn from those mistakes, I start putting my life in place by thinking of different approach to any given problem I am facing at the moment. Most of the times, I think to the extent where I will start feeling headache and sometimes it feels like I'm about to have epistaxis.
THE CAUSE OF MY BOREDOM?
I get bored almost everyday. Sometimes my phone don't save me from this state because it'll just distract me and stress my eyes, this adding more problems than doing good.
The major cause of my boredom is because I stay alone. By personality, I am 90 percent introvert, and as such, I don't have a roommate neither do I keep close friends. To me, my own company is the best I can give myself. According to people, the want to live this kind of life, not knowing that it comes with a huge price to pay.
HOW I DEAL WITH MY BOREDOM
I am a great lover of nature and here in Abiriba, the landscape is soooo amazing and wonderful to view.
One of the ways I do escape this state is by going out into nature, stay under a tree and play soft music while viewing how beautiful nature is. Though people think it's weird, but I think it's the best.
Another thing I do is to go out for a walk. When I feel extremely bored, I do go out for a walk alone. I'll walk for some meters then come back home. During this process, I'll meet some people who I'll reluctantly wave "hi" to.
The last thing I do is to listen to music. Music is like magic. It knows how to make me stop thinking and focus on the present.
That will be all for this post, I'm happy to see you stop by, and I hope to see you again.
Have a nice day and stay safe.

Getting bored is something none of us can avoid. Those moments are often the annoying times of my life. It's seems our approach to tackling boredom are similar, most times, going for a long walk works better for me though
